Privacy policy
I only collect the information I need to respond to your enquiry or provide mentoring services. I never sell your data, your interactive reflection guides remain private on your own device, and I am committed to handling your information with care, confidentiality and respect.

Enhanced DBS checked
For the reassurance of schools, colleges, universities, parents and organisations, I hold a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
A copy of my DBS certificate can be provided to organisations upon request where appropriate.
Confidentiality
Mentoring works best when people feel able to speak openly.
Everything discussed during mentoring sessions is treated confidentially. The only exception would be if I became concerned that someone may be at risk of harm, or where I have a legal or safeguarding duty to share information with the appropriate people.
Wherever possible, I would always explain if confidentiality needed to be broken and involve the individual in that process.
Safeguarding
The wellbeing of the young people I work with is my highest priority.
As an MHFA-trained mentor with an Enhanced DBS check, I am committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive environment where young people feel heard and valued.
If I have concerns that a young person may be at risk of harm, I will follow appropriate safeguarding procedures and, where necessary, share concerns with the relevant safeguarding professionals or emergency services.
GDPR
I only collect the personal information necessary to provide mentoring services or respond to enquiries, as per the guidelines outlined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information is stored securely, is never sold to third parties and is only used for the purpose for which it was provided.
